A new stake has been created from the Laguna Niguel California, Mission Viejo California and San Clemente California stakes. The Capistrano Valley California Stake, which consists of the Capistrano Beach, Capistrano, Covenant Hills, Dana Hills, Liberty Park, Marina Hills and Tierra Grande wards, was created by Elder Mark A. Bragg, General Authority Seventy, and Elder Douglas A. Rozsa, an Area Seventy.
