A new stake has been created from the Luanda Angola Stake. The Viana Angola Stake, which consists of the Cazenga and Luanda Sul branches and the Cacuaco, Kilamba, Terra Nova, Viana, Vila Pacifica and Zango wards, was created by Elder Edward Dube, General Authority Seventy, and Elder Amândio A. Feijó, an Area Seventy.
