Video: Sharing ‘The Source of Our Relief’ with the world

Relief Society General President Camille N. Johnson on the ‘relief we seek to provide; the relief we seek for ourselves’

President Camille N. Johnson, Relief Society general president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, teaches that those who partner with the Savior to help provide temporal and spiritual relief for others can also find relief in Him.

From its beginnings in 1842, Relief Society sisters have provided this temporal and spiritual relief in preparation to receive the blessings of the temple, she explains.

This Church News video, titled “The Source of Our Relief,” highlights Latter-day Saint ministering efforts to support one another and help the poor and the needy.

“The Savior will not leave us alone,” President Johnson teaches. “He stands with open arms, ready to build us up, lift us up, help us in every way.”
